EXCELLENT Service - Customer-Centric This isn't the first time I've done business with Hall Honda, and it won't be the last. We came in recently to exchange our 2011 Honda Fit for a 2017 This isn't the first time I've done business with Hall Honda, and it won't be the last. We came in recently to exchange our 2011 Honda Fit for a 2017 CR-V, in which our salesman, Maurice Forbes, was instrumental. Maurice reviewed all of the options, heard all of our concerns, and gave us genuine heart-felt advice. The end result was a sales-service experience that broke down the standard salesman-customer dichotomy. Maurice was genuine - something that we sincerely appreciated. We left with a brand new 2017 CR-V extremely satisfied, in every color and option my wife wanted. If anyone knows the value of that, it's a married man. If anything is a testament to a solid customer-service experience, it's repeat-business. I plan on purchasing another vehicle from Hall Honda in the next month. More
