He was very knowledgeable about the products and features of the cars I was interested in. He took my information and help me to determine how much vehicle I could afford. This help to streamline what usually is a long process. After, I decided on a vehicle, I was introduced to the finance manager Jason Branch who worked with my small budget. Mr. Branch and Mr. Roberts made me feel like a VIP and they understood my car budget needs. This made me feel like we were all on one Accord with my Deal of the decade. He was polite, professional, honest, and although he was informative on other issues with my car, I didn't feel any pressure to buy anything that was unnecessary at this time. He is so nice, professional, honest, and makes you feel like he'll always have your back. I've even sent other friends and family to him when they're in the market for a new car and they've all told me they feel the same way. When it comes to this industry, I think those are hard characteristics to find which is why I'll always go back, as long as he's there, when I need something and continue buying Hondas in the future.
