He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and personable. Harland easily answered all my questions, and took me on two test drives...even after I told him I was not buying immediately. I liked the Pilot I test drove so much, I asked Harland what the next step would be IF I decided to get a Pilot. He had my car appraised, and came back with such a good deal that I decided to go ahead and purchase the car. The entire process (sales, finance, and delivery) was enjoyable and carefree, and I dove my beautiful new Pilot home that day. I have owned Toyotas, BMWs, an Acura and a Saturn. He will be honest and not try to talk you into something you don’t need. He actually remembered who I was and was willing to stop and talk to me about my car, even though there wasn’t anything to sell me. That is the sign of a good guy, not just a good salesman. When it comes to service, I have had an awesome experience with Adam on the Blue team. When there have been any questions on service, they have straightened it out. No one is perfect, and i am usually on edge when I have to bring a car in for service, but dealing with the right service Point of contact makes all the difference. More
