The service person working with me brought me to Jeff Hutchison who worked in sales to discuss my buying options, should I choose to purchase another Honda. I have had a Honda Accord, and Honda Element, both of which I loved. Jeff was great; very helpful and informative, very patient! He showed me and discussed with me all the possible options, first asking what my needs were and how I would use a vehicle. I tend to transport sporting equipment, grandkids, and pets, and also needed a relatively low car payment. We test drove several Honda's, until I decided upon a Honda CR-v. He and the finance department helped me find the best payment option and we completed the transaction that night. I had sport racks put on the car yesterday, and the service crew and business office personnel were all very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend Hall Honda to anyone interested in receiving good guidance, low pressure, and an enjoyable experience. More
