Great Salesman, Excellent Service I was looking for a new truck, knew what I wanted, and had looked at several, and missed more than one. I stumbled across a shiny almost new Ram 1500, I was looking for a new truck, knew what I wanted, and had looked at several, and missed more than one. I stumbled across a shiny almost new Ram 1500, at Hall Honda. I was introduced to a sales representative named Michael Mauzone. He pulled up the information that I wanted on the truck and we took it for a test drive. Told Mike that I was interested in the truck and that I wanted to do a little bit of financial research to make sure I could afford it. He said no problem and asked me a couple more questions, and respected my answers, in other words he didn't come off as a "pushy salesman". He gave me some helpful information and I told him that I would give him a call if everything was in my favor financially. Long story short 2 days later I was in the process of buying a truck. Through the whole "ordeal", Mike was very professional and made sure that I didn't have any questions and that I understood what I was signing. Everything went smooth with the sale, and I drove off the lot. On the way home I had a TPMS sensor alert, and Mike made sure when I told him about it, to set me up a time to get it fixed. He even made sure to talk to the Hall Dodge service writer, and let him know that Hall Honda would cover the cost of the new sensor. If you are ever in the need for a vehicle I highly recommend the people, especially Mike Mauzone, of Hall Honda. More
