Exceptional I was in search of a used Honda Element. I previously contacted numerous dealerships in the Virginia area trying to locate same. Every dealership, wit I was in search of a used Honda Element. I previously contacted numerous dealerships in the Virginia area trying to locate same. Every dealership, with the exception of Hall Honda, tried to immediately steer me toward a different purchase. Car sales consultant Mindy Lotan responded positively and enthusiastically toward my Pursuit. Ensuring me that she would help me locate the vehicle. During the months that followed Ms Lotan routinely contacted me with updates and reassurance that she was actively working in my regard. I was later contacted by Ms Lotan that a customer making a new vehicle purchase had traded in a 2007 Honda Element that met all previously discussed criteria; equipment and overall condition of vehicle. Ms Lotan listened intently and responded positively in correcting minor concerns in readying the vehicle for my purchase. During the next two weeks that followed Ms Lotan would routinely provide updates during the process up until the date of delivery. Ms Lotan personally provided a courtesy car pickup for me on the day of delivery. Took time out to introduce me to service department personnel; and briefed me on the benefit of the Hall Honda rewards program. I have since used the service department for the installation of window rain visors and benefited in the purchase using the Hall rewards program. In summation I would not have located/purchased the vehicle that was number one on my retirement "bucket list"if it were not for a car sales consultant Mindy Lotans' persistence. She represents the Benchmark of professionalism and high standards that are clearly on display at Hall Honda. I will continue to use the service department and contact Ms Lotan in the near future of a planned new car purchase. More
