My salesman Steve was very personable & obviously a good salesman! My new car has quite the technology package! In the past the salesman just showed me a few of the basics & then sent me on my way to do a Google search for whatever else I needed to know, but after the basics that Steve showed me he sent out Barb to really do a thorough training of all the little intricacies of the technology. She was very patient & explained things so thoroughly, even throwing in many tips & tricks that I’m sure I never would have known about! She probably spent about 45 minutes with me after all the paperwork was signed & before I drove off the lot, even sharing her personal phone number just in case I had any questions. This was the easiest car sale I’ve ever had, & once I made a decision it really went quickly & smoothly.
