This employee, after $2500 worth of work NOT fixing my AC, proceeded to tell me that no one knows where a temperature gauge is. After explaining a trip where I had my eye on it the whole time, he basicall AC, proceeded to tell me that no one knows where a temperature gauge is. After explaining a trip where I had my eye on it the whole time, he basically called me a liar ( just because I said I knew where a temperature gauge was doesn’t mean I really do). I was also victim blamed; being told since I bought my car used I really don’t know its background (car was owned by a used car dealer’s mom who knew the previous owner. I had every maintenance report and knew they only sold the car because the old family station wagon turned up at the dealership). After having my Honda CRV in for service FOUR times without fixing the issue, I went to another mechanic. He found it was an electrical issue on the first day and that Hall Honda had not only missed the problem, they had caused damage to my car (caused a leak as they had tested for a leak earlier and found none), forgotten to put back clips in the body and o rings in a hose and damaged a new relay that they installed anyway. They installed an aftermarket compressor without my permission (which my new mechanic said looked like it had been put in with a hammer). They also ignored the condenser as part of an AC job and PUT BACK a 2009 fan belt after removing it rather than putting a new one on. Keep in mind none of this work was necessary… IT WAS AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!! More
