Friendly, hassle- free car buying experience. Tommy Hancock was a great salesperson to work with. I would highly recommend him. My only negative with the Hall Dealership is that I assumed all the dealerships were now offering free oil changes as well as inspections on new cars. They have the free inspections but only two oil changes and a program were you can build up credit which you can then use that money toward oil changes. I wish that was different. However, I have gone back in for some service and was impressed with Tommy's, Barb's and the other employees' thoughtful and friendly customer service. More
