I actually went to West Broad Honda in Richmond for my oil change at 15000 miles because it was closer to where I live, but they did not tell me I should have had an alignment done at that time. Davonte made sure to let me know that was missed and still wasn’t pushy about it since it was not included in the service package I purchased with my car. I got the alignment and he gave me replacement windshield wiper parts for free which is above and beyond. I don’t know much about cars, but I can rely on Davonte and hall Honda to take care of me. Surprised maintenance I brought my van in for what I thought was regular maintenance, but my van was also making a strange noise that I asked about. Well the strange noise turned out to be an expensive replacement. Davonte was very kind when he explained all that needed to be done. The maintenance was necessary to make my vehicle safe. Awesome! I went here to take my fiancé's car for alignment, rotation, and car wash. They made a mistake and assumed I was there for an oil change so it took l I went here to take my fiancé's car for alignment, rotation, and car wash. They made a mistake and assumed I was there for an oil change so it took longer than expected. They didn't charge me for it and even offered the shuttle to take me to my work which was definitely more than 5 miles from there (they only drive you within 5 miles radius I believe). I also came here for state inspection and waited 30 mins which was really quick! Took my car at Priority Toyota same day and time of the week and waited 5 hours!!! Good customer service so far!! More
