Bought new car I contacted them online and Fernando Morales replied. He was professional and tried his level best to not lose the customer. He is also professional but seemed to be too busy and did not have time to explain the process and what they are expecting from me to complete the purchase. Finally Lawrence Bright contacted me a day late for financing. This guy is extremely rude and arrogant. Does not realize he is just a customer service representative for customers that are spending a lot of money. He tells me he is the director so what he says is final and I told him I don't want to buy the car from Hall Honda and he said fine and hung up the phone. He made a new car buying experience sour and misreable for me. More

Purchase and follow up service Aaron did a good job of making our purchase of my CRV very pleasant and we were happy with the final purchase price. We were also happy with how quickly our car was prepped to drive it home. The issue we have had is with the service department - a department that we will have to deal with for the length of time we have the car. We feel it is probably the most important part of our Hall Honda experience. We have had a problem with our windshield and it seems that the service department has been rather slow solving our problem. They have been slow to return our calls to provide resolution. The issue is with the visibility of our windshield - especially in rainy conditions and at night. The service department did try once to clean and buff it but it only made the problem worse. This has been going on for months and we still have no solution to our problem. This makes it impossible to recommend to anyone else purchasing a car from Hall Honda and it is unlikely that we will be using them again to buy any other new cars. More
