Surprises Come In All Sizes I was not looking to purchase a new car, as my 2017 Civic was not even 3 years old yet but I got a call from one of the Managers and he said he though I was not looking to purchase a new car, as my 2017 Civic was not even 3 years old yet but I got a call from one of the Managers and he said he thought they could put me in a new car and that I would be happy. I told him I wanted to work with John Christian because he sold me the 2017 and I was happy with his service. John took me out in a new 2019 Honda Civic just like the one I had but it included a few safety features I did not have. I drove the car and then it was time to see what the dealership could do for me. Richard and I talked, I made some requests and Hall agreed. Be sure, it was a good deal but I still didn't want to take the money out of my investments at this time. I wanted to pay cash, no car payment. John and I talked about my leasing a car and asked Richard to work with the final numbers we had talked about for a sale. He came back and I was able to trade my car for a 3 year lease, no monthly payments and I am getting money back. Now I have a new car, new warranty, and at the end of 3 years, I can purchase this car or turn it in for a brand new one. My money well have earned more interest over the 3 years and I will be more ready to part with it. I couldn't have done this without John's help. He was looking at the whole picture to determine what would be best for me and I think he nailed it. I have always had my Hall Honda cars serviced there and will continue to work with John, as long as he is there and I will refer people to him as I have in the past. Thank you, Rebecca Harvey More
