First of all I was a late to my appointment due to raining and highway congestion however She immediately understood and help me get what I wanted to get done to my vehicle. During the oil change and tire rotation, She alerted me that my vehicle State Inspection was expired something that I felt to notice and recommended to get it done while I am waiting for the vehicle service. Christina has a positive attitude and she is very proactive, friendly and customer orientated. Typically after 5pm people are ready to go home but not her, she has gone above and beyond in keeping her customer safe! I don't normally give positive feed back .
