Although the car I went in to test drive had already sold by the time I arrived, the team at Hall Honda showed me another option of the same Make and it is brand new. Jake was very patient with all my questi by the time I arrived, the team at Hall Honda showed me another option of the same Make and it is brand new. Jake was very patient with all my questions and Tony was great in securing me financing and pointing out something I had missed to do so I could charge my down payment with no problem. The team worked with me to obtain a better rate on car insurance as well! On a separate visit Barb was extremely patient with setting up my Android Auto on my quirky phone and answered all my questions. She even recommended a better cord to use to connect my phone and it was been working perfectly. The team at Hall Honda is wonderful the minute you walk in. I was offered water and my sales person (Jake) was quickly located to begin the process. I highly recommend Hall Honda VA Beach and look forward to many years working with them on service visits. Bought a car from out of town sight unseen. Cipriana and the rest of the dealership made the process as smooth as possible. I was able to have my mom pick up the vehicle without any issues.
