I would like to recognize Jeff Hutchison who was our sales associate. We met as we were walking through the parking lot and he immediately greeted us not as buyers but as friends. He was dressed proffessionally, and was loaded with knowledge of all Honda vehicles. He evaluated our wants and needs and put us in a Honda CRV that we loved. Jeff was friendly enoegh to come by our house and pick up payment for the vehicle since he just lives a few miles away. It was refreshing to meet a salesman that was confident in his ways and was not just looking for a quick sale but really was passionate about what he does. I would send my grandmother to Hall Auto in VA beach to buy a car any day, I will be confident that Jeff could square her away!!! More

I not only bought my Element at this dealship, but I also have my inspections and oil changes done here as well. I have never enjoyed the thought of going into a car dealership. In the past I have always felt as though I was being hustled or ripped off. This is my second car through Hall Honda. John Christian has assisted me in my car leasing both times. I have always felt comfortable with him and think that the cards my husband and I receive throughout the year are a very nice touch. John even called and left a happy Birthday greeting for me on my voicemail! I have since referred friends and also feel comfortable in calling him with any questions I have. Everyone at Hall seems nice and have always greeted me with a smile and/or a hello. I love my Honda and look forward to leasing a new one in a couple years! More

You may think that everybody is just saying that is a great dealership. I can just say I have bought two cars there, two new Honda CRV . I haven't found better deal and more friendly and responsive people like in Hall Honda. If you want to meet great dude and have somebody who will treat you with respect and dedication to the best assistance I recomend yo ask for Antar Wilson and Rebecca. I have got a great price and instead of just one I took two CRVs. Hey, one more thing. You can always count on their help whenever you pick up the phone and call them. As a single woman walking into a car dealership with some less than desirable experiences in the past from other dealerships, it was refreshing for a salesman to have respect for my needs in terms of price, options, service, reliability and dealer convenience. Don't let me fail to mention that I think I was introduced to every employee at Hall Honda. I felt like part of the family. This very positive experience did not stop there. Jenn took a lot of her time to explain all the various finance options as well as warranty programs to my satisfaction. Did I mention the service department? Wow; the best. I was very impressed with the quality of the accessories I chose and the efficiency of installation by that team. My CRV looks great and is the perfect vehicle for me and my dogs. My 1st and definitely not my last experience with Hall Honda was awesome! I was originally in the market for a used Honda. My sales person Errol Harper was so patient with me. He even encouraged me to test drive the vechicle overnight to make sure it met my standards. Well, I was so impressed with Errol, that I decidied to go NEW. We wanted to purchase a new S2000 and Max Goodloe came through with the features we wanted at a reasonable price. Two monthes later, we returned to purchase a communter car. Max found the model with Navi and locked it in for us at a great price. When we took delivery, Max was there to walk us through the car's features and answer all our questions. I trust Max to give honest information about Honda's and an honest price. Hall's service department provided great service on a few minor issues with the S2000, and picked up the cost of the first two oil changes for both cars, and all the state inspections. The service bays are clean and neat, showing a sense of pride. the service manager took the time to explain the issue and the fix clearly. My money is on Max for our next purchase. Gerry More
