I came to the dealership to buy a part.At the parts counter jamie and chris introduced me me to Justin in the service department.I was going to a local shop to have my work performed.But Justin assured counter jamie and chris introduced me me to Justin in the service department.I was going to a local shop to have my work performed.But Justin assured me that he could help me.The entire service and parts team not only repaired my Honda Accord the same day.But I did not need the repair that the local shop said was needed. Hall Honda sholud be proud to have such dedicated and professonial service people.Not only did they repair my honda but did it for $ 250.00 less than I was told by the other guy.I will be sure to make Hall Honda my first stop everytime. Virginia Beach's Hall Honda is truly a Class Act in the new and used automobile business. My wife and I began looking for a specific color CRV with specific options and I felt that we would have to just se new and used automobile business. My wife and I began looking for a specific color CRV with specific options and I felt that we would have to just settle for what was available on other dealer's lots. Steve Hug and John were able to locate the exact CRV that we were looking for and had it delivered to Hall Honda. We purchased the vehicle that night and have been happy with ever since. This vehicle is also serviced at Hall Honda and it is ALWAYS ready when promised. Our active lifestyle does not allow for much down time waiting for vehicle maintenance and having it ready on time is more than we are accustomed to with other dealerships (Priority). Hall is my dealer for life! Way to go STEVE and JOHN!!!! More
