I dropped My car off for service today at 7:30am for an 8:45 appt. The work did not begin until I called late afternoon to ask if my CRV was ready for pickup. I had the best experience buying my 2006 BMW 335I. Efrem was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I only had 2 hours before I had to go to work and he was able to get all my paperwork done and get was able to answer all my questions and concerns.
