We did not look at the car we had found on the internet at their location, but a better vehicle to suit her needs. There was no pressure or hard sell. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had, even when the warranty and extra coverage discussion came up, Byron Gray was accepting of our answer with no pushing, he was quick and efficient and took care of all the business. The sales manager, Timothy Folwaczny was accommodating to our requests and concerns. He oversaw the process and was upfront and honest. It was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. I didn't receive any flak and was shown what the certified pre owned is worth and what I'm getting it for including warranties. Amazing experience, especially being a first major car purchase.
