During the test drive and delivery of the vehicle, Amanda showed me how to use all of the features. I especially appreciated her review of the safety and entertainment features as I did not have them in my previous vehicle. I was able to drive off of the lot feeling informed and comfortable. The business manager, Lawrence, also took the time to walk me through all of the paperwork and the various extra options such as service packages.
