He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and personable. Harland easily answered all my questions, and took me on two test drives...even after I told him I was not buying immediately. I liked the Pilot I test drove so much, I asked Harland what the next step would be IF I decided to get a Pilot. He had my car appraised, and came back with such a good deal that I decided to go ahead and purchase the car. The entire process (sales, finance, and delivery) was enjoyable and carefree, and I dove my beautiful new Pilot home that day. I have owned Toyotas, BMWs, an Acura and a Saturn.
