He is rude, insulting and detrimental to the reputation of this business. He insulted both of my children directly, and made an awful comment about my home (I live in a nice home in Alanton) to another passenger, who afterward apologized to me on the drivers behalf. That was my first trip to Hall Honda, and I really didn't ever want to go back. I only did because it isn't fairly close to home, and since have had great experiences with the service team. But I'll never use the shuttle service again. More
