Incredible Service I was devastated when my former service advisor, Charlie, was promoted and moved to a different location as he was absolutely a beacon of light to thi I was devastated when my former service advisor, Charlie, was promoted and moved to a different location as he was absolutely a beacon of light to this service department. When I spoke to him about who I was going to work with for future routine maintenence, he said Matthew would do right by me. Now Charlie left some large shoes to fill and I have to say I have not been disappointed. Matthew has always been helpful with all my service needs. I'm not entirely too savvy on car maintenance but after having services and whatnot recommended, I crosscheck suggestions with more experienced friends in the car industry and I must say, I appreciate the fact that Matthew and the service department at Hall don't take advantage of me and my lack of knowledge. He always takes care to explain to me the why of everything going on with my vehicle and provides me with reasonable rates recommendations. Too many service centers would be quick to wring me dry of all the money in my wallet, but I've always felt well taken care of by Matthew and Hall as a whole. If you need service done, please ask to work with Matthew or Rowena. They are both amazing individuals and they're just downright great at their jobs. More
