She kindly got us seated and provided several bottled waters, which we surely needed, considering the 100-degree summer weather. She listened patiently, while we explained the vehicle types that we were looking for and took some notes. We were both in the market for 2025 Hondas and it is summer of 2024. Specifically, we were looking for a CRV and the Civic. Within moments, Dee had four Canyon River Blue CRV vehicles of our choice pulled up and within about 10 minutes, we were zooming down Virginia Beach Boulevard. Dee does not mess around. Dee also provides a top-quality knowledge of Honda vehicles, that we did not see at other dealerships in the area. Seriously, Dee is up there with Raiti’s Rides. While her car talk is short and sweet, she joyfully explained the bumper, newly designed grill, exterior, interior, and trunk. She was also patient to help us understand some new features that we did not have with our current Honda vehicles (like not needing a key to start the vehicle and that the CRV door opens 90 degrees!) Dee provided a quality experience in terms of next steps. Throughout the negotiation process, Dee will fight for the best deal for you. She truly wants you happy and cares. We even visited the Service Area and were introduced to the staff and explained how important everyone took their jobs to ensure the best maintenance care of the Honda Vehicles. It was a great selling point for us. The 2025 Honda Civic in Blue Lagoon Pearl was a challenge, but Dee excelled in getting us this car. I mean it. The car was not even available in Virginia. But we were confident that if anyone could get the Civic in Blue Lagoon Pearl, it was Dee Delaney. A few days later, a Saturday, I see Dee calling from my cell and I knew that it was about the Laguna Blue Pearl Civic… Dee was as excited as me… she says, you won’t believe it, but they are delivering it off the trailer! She was truly as happy as me! She had been watching for me, to make sure that I got first chance to try the car. I was very touched by her thoughtfulness. Dee told me that she was on it to get the car as soon as it was unloaded for me to try.
