I have been buying my cars from Richard and Hall Honda for the last 5 years. My first (a CRV), I had an issue with time and a finance guy who wouldn't take "No" for an answer. As I was walking out (to do what I had to do and eventually find some place else to buy a car), Richard swooped in, out of nowhere, and saved the day! He had me in my car in 10 minutes, added a couple "perks" to make up for the issues I was having, and promised I'd never have to deal with the other guy again! I have since traded that CRV in to upgrade to a Pilot, my youngest daughter has bought 2 Civic Sports, and now my youngest child has bought his first new car from Hall Honda and Richard (and I have never even seen the guy I had the issue with again!) The ONLY reason we continue to come back to Hall Honda is Richard! We walk in the door and he always has a smile and hug (we are a hugging family) for us! He always gives us his best sales person to show us vehicles and start paperwork! He always gives us truthful information and tells us how's it has to be...even when I (being a Momma Bear when he's working with my kids) try to be a "Karen" and tell him how it's got to be...he just smiles and puts up with my mess, gently puts me in my place, and works his magic to give my family the best deal he can at the quickest pace he can! Richard is truly an asset to Hall Honda! He make mine and my children's experience easy, friendly, and worth the hours drive! Honda owes Richard and his family dinner for making and keeping 3 life-long Hall Honda customer's out of us! More
