Ronald Sumption, the Sales manager lied and made false promises that were not intended to be kept. I traveled 4.5 hours on public transportation from Ashburn, VA to Virginia Beach to pick up the vehicle that was supposed to be a CPO. Upon reaching I was told that it cannot be sold as a CPO due to a recall. They used all kinds of tactics to convince me to buy the Honda Ridgeline as a regular used vehicle. 𝑫𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒅𝒓𝒂𝒎𝒂 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒈𝒂𝒎𝒆𝒔 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝑹𝒐𝒏 𝑺𝒖𝒎𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒂 𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝒃𝒖𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆! There was NO recall! It was a gimmick. Managers such as 𝐑𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐫𝐚 give car salespeople a bad name. I will never do business with Hall Honda or with these 2 managers! 𝑩𝒖𝒚𝒆𝒓 𝑩𝒆𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒆! More

Jah answered a pretty late call in the evening we made on a whim to find a particular color and model of Honda. He gave us the basic info we needed and set an appointment with us to come in. He reminded us of our initial wants and needs and looked out for our budget. We landed on a beautiful brand new off the truck Hybrid CRV. He was patient with my conviction to paying a set amount for the vehicle and didn’t haggle us on the must haves we were adamant about. He is a young and passionate salesman. He cares about his clients, it is very clear. He listens and tries to pair you with the right fit of vehicle… not what he wants to sell you.
