Excellent service My car was having trouble occasionally with starting. I brought the car in to Chris Coley, and he and the service team worked to find what was wrong My car was having trouble occasionally with starting. I brought the car in to Chris Coley, and he and the service team worked to find what was wrong with it. As is always the case, it was not acting up when I brought it to the service department. They tried numerous ways to duplicate the problem and finally were able to determine what the problem was. I am grateful for their perseverance in figuring out the problem so we are not stranded somewhere with a car that won't start. I have purchased 12 new vehicles in the last 40 years in 4 different states. The last seven vehicles purchased have been Hondas, and three of them purchased from Priority. I live within 3 miles of another Honda dealership, but I travel extra miles to purchase and have my cars serviced at Priority Honda. Jim Comey and Jerry Kennedy are great to deal with and they know how to provide great customer service. They are easy to talk with and always explain what the problems might be with my vehicles and suggested service to correct any issues there might be. Priority Honda is fortunate to have such a professional and trustworthy service team working for them. More
