Excellent proactive assistance I am new to the area with an issue that has be unresolved with the service department in another dealership in another state. Mindy Delgado welcomed me as I walked through the door. She listened intently and repeated the description as I relayed it to her, then found a senior technician to address the issue. This was accomplished in less time in the waiting area than she had predicted. Mindy then spent an appropriate time explaining to me in detail the technician's diagnosis. It was a very good experience for the establishing a new relationship with a long time Honda vehicle owner. More
Transmission service and oil change I set an appointment for Saturday morning. My car was taken back immediately. The work was completed when they said it would be complete. One issue with power steering seal was brought to my attention as well as wear on my tires. There was no upselling our phantom issues. Audrey was pleasant and professional. Overall great experience. Best Experience in Service I brought in my car with a check engine light for a second opinion. Another shop had suggested a laundry list of work to be done on the car beyond the I brought in my car with a check engine light for a second opinion. Another shop had suggested a laundry list of work to be done on the car beyond the necessary step of replacing the O2 sensor. Priority checked everything again and explained which work was actually needed and what could wait (or wasn't even something to worry about). They also did all the work for less than the other shop had quoted. There were a few snags along the way to completing the work, but Priority got me a car while work was being done and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They even brought out parts to show me what was wrong and explain what they were doing to fix everything. This was hands down the best experience I've had servicing my car, even though it was a substantial amount of work to be done! More

It always costs a fair bit and there are often extras we did not anticipate, because after all, no matter how good they are, they're just machines. I've come here since I bought my vehicle here in 2007, and they give it to me straight. Sometimes I don't want to hear what is wrong- that added extra thing I wasn't planning on or whatever, but it is always explained very clearly to me so I understand what is going on, and the ramifications of taking care of it now, or waiting (when that is an option). I know more about my car now than I did. James Comey has been my point guy there since day one, and he is excellent- very good, clear, professional service. More
