Long Service Time I bought my truck at Priority Honda a couple of months ago. It came with free lifetime oil changes (bonus!). Today, I brought it in for the first oi I bought my truck at Priority Honda a couple of months ago. It came with free lifetime oil changes (bonus!). Today, I brought it in for the first oil change. I was offered a tire rotation. I took that...and was informed it was $26.95 (ouch! Now, I know why the oil changes are free.) I arrived 10 minutes early for my 1:00 appointment. At 2:20 (yes, 1 hour and 20 minutes - for an oil change and tire rotation), I was finally informed it was done. Right now, I don't care if the oil change AND tire rotation were free, I will not be going back. I can get an oil change and tire rotation done for about $40 at my "local" place, AND, have it done within 40-45 minutes. The only reason for 3 stars (and not less) is because the workers were VERY friendly. Will I buy another vehicle from here? Maybe / Probably. Will I have it serviced here? Nope. PS - I did not bring this to anyone's attention at that time...I was too busy stewing about the wait, and, just needed to get back to work, and apologize for such a long "lunch". More

Poor Customer Service in Service Department I took my car in , which my son drives, a Honda Civic...for a state inspection which I bought here in 2015. The customer service has always been poor I took my car in , which my son drives, a Honda Civic...for a state inspection which I bought here in 2015. The customer service has always been poor but I ignored it on several occasions...however I have now met my limit...I went in to pick up my car was told by several service representatives..about 8...”we will be with right with you”...waited over 15 minutes with 8 customer service representatives in there...finally they got to me ...maybe because I am an elderly person they ignored me...finally they asked how to help me...it took 2 people to find my paperwork...Then this is the icing on the cake... they told me my car was out there in the parking lot...and we could punch our key fop and fine it! And then he said “when it Hong’s that’s your car”....just saying isn’t that great customer service! I was parked in an area to drop my off my son to get his car and I couldn’t get out ,..I had to ask them how I was to get out and it seemed to bother them...never will I recommend such a dealership with such poor customer service! I recommend you go to Hendrick Honda Concord! More

The people are always extremely nice and welcoming! When I originally booked my appointment I was listed as a waiter, but my plans had changed for that day. I needed a ride home and they provided a courtesy ride in the matter of minutes without any hesitation! The gentleman that took me home, Matt, and my advisor, Jim Comey were both great to work with! They both genuinely care about their customers, which is what makes me a Priority for Life customer!! Thanks Jim and Matt! More

Why not take that blue line concept outside to direct cars to the service drop off inside... help customers know which line /service manager to cue up for More
