Recalls I recently had to get two separate recalls done to my Element. I found Priority Honda's Service Dept to be one of the best I have ever dealt with, esp I recently had to get two separate recalls done to my Element. I found Priority Honda's Service Dept to be one of the best I have ever dealt with, especially Dawn Bockert, my service advisor. They performed the work very quickly and notified me as soon as it was complete and made it most easy to get these done. When it is time to get a new, replacement for my Element (as much as I hate to consider), I am sure my first stop will be Priority. Very impressive service!! More

"Assistant Service Manager Chris Coley" I had an exhausting 900 mile drive from Arkansas to Concord in my 2011 Honda Cr-V. About 300 miles before reaching Concord, I notice a "something" h I had an exhausting 900 mile drive from Arkansas to Concord in my 2011 Honda Cr-V. About 300 miles before reaching Concord, I notice a "something" hanging down from my rear axle. I knew in two days I had to return to Arkansas and Texas with my wife and my daugherter and son-in-law's family dog and a full load of "cargo" for a move their whole family was making to Texas. Chris Coley met me at the service department check-in. Was cordial, cheerful, friendly and very helpful. I told him my circumstance and he told me he would have my vehicle checked out (and washed!!!) and would call me in a couple of hours. I jut knew the outcome was going to be expensive and laborious and time consuming. Chris called me about three hours later, told me that the part was a cover that had come loose on one end, that it had been tightened and my vehcile was ready to go. I asked what the charges were. He said, "Oh, there are no charges! It was an easy fix." I will forever be grateful to Chris and Priority Honda for making what was already a tiring, tensful trip SO much less stressful. Thank you, Chris! More

Another customer and I were told the shuttle would leave at 1 PM so be ready at that time. Apparently the shuttle driver left just before 1 PM to handle mail. He did not return until 1:25. More

Jim Comey has ALWAYS provided excellent customer service that goes above and beyond his job. I appreciate the level of detail he provides. He always provides me with "healthy" recommendations that has kept my 2009 Honda Civic running like the first day I bought it. And that says a lot since I now have 200K miles on this car. It is this customer service and attention to detail that keeps me coming back over and over again. I recommend Priority Honda and I especially recommend Jim Comey. Thanks for all you do! Robert B.
