We have dealt with Mr. Dekker for 10-15 years in the service department. We have always found him to be more than helpful and friendly. He always goes that extra mile to be sure that our service is s service department. We have always found him to be more than helpful and friendly. Communication with the customer is very good and you feel that you are being treated like they would like to be if they were the customer. More

Whenever I enter the Service Department, I visit the Sales Department to say hello. When I visited Hall Honda the first time in May of 2005, I bought a Honda Civic that very day. Mike Powers was very in Sales Department to say hello. When I visited Hall Honda the first time in May of 2005, I bought a Honda Civic that very day. Mike Powers was very informed, answered all my questions, and I was pleased with my "deal." Currently, leasing my second Civic from Hall, I am often tempted to drive off in yet another vehicle! I have bought four Hondas from Stateline; and even though I live in Sufolk, VA, I have taken all four of them back there for sevice. To get there, I pass by a brand new Honda dealership in Great Bridge. Also I live in Sufolk, VA, I have taken all four of them back there for sevice. To get there, I pass by a brand new Honda dealership in Great Bridge. Also, I plan to stick with them when they move and become Hall Honda--Elizabeth City. Currently, I drive a 2001 CRV which has over 190,000 miles on it, but is in excellent condition thanks to the great service provided by technician, Gregg Cope. It is a pleasure to deal with him and with service adviser, Wim Dekker, who schedules appointments for me and greets me so enthusiastically when I arrive. Truth be known, my visits there are more than car business. They are social in nature, as well. For not only do I enjoy talking with Gregg and Wim, I have a good time talking with Rob and Maurice, too. More
