I always receive excellent service at Hall. And I bought a new Jeep a few years ago. Jason is the best mechanic I've ever had the pleasure to work on any of my cars over the Past 15 years. Good service, fair price, a couple of customer education issues, i.e., given an appointment but the person whose name I was given was not there; appointments mean nothing in any case because they were backl issues, i.e., given an appointment but the person whose name I was given was not there; appointments mean nothing in any case because they were backlogged seventy deep; car rental not available because it has to be reserved in advance and I didn't know that. Jon Bailey was the absolute best at helping me get my jeep wrangler fixed when the passenger seat locked up. He kept me informed several times a day while we waited for parts.
