The employee did make mistakes, but no reason to yell in front of customers. The employee tried to over charge me. I will never do business with this dealership again. Mr. Terrance was the gentlemen that had serviced my car and had taken my car in, even when I did not have an appointment. Terrance was very thorough with inspecting my vehicle. Terrence was great with informing me on what has been going on with my vehicle. Terrence was very in formable about what was going on with my car. Terrence’s dedication and customer service was outstanding. The mechanic (Mr. Frank) had taken it upon himself to ensure that my vehicle had no other punctures. Terrance had advised that me that I had another puncture. They gave me a significant discount on the having the tire repaired. I could not have asked for a better customer service while my car was being serviced. Terrance and Frank had done an exceptional job with the service of my vehicle. Thank you very much for the care of my car and the service that was given while I was there waiting and being very informative. More

Con-Artists I took my car in for a simple oil change and to have the engine checked, and these clowns made my car worse than it already was. They brought to my attention my front axle bushing needs to be replaced and tried to push a $400 quote on me saying I need to have it fixed ASAP. What first started as a knocking noise when I put my car in reverse is now a very loud scraping noise when I back up. I'll be taking my car elsewhere from now on. Thanks ***holes. Update: I received a VERY passive-aggressive call from some rude woman who at first tried to give me crap for posting my review, then tried to make me seem like I was the one who was at fault, and eventually went on to say I should bring my car back in to be inspected for no benefit to me. So not only was a chunk of my Saturday wasted, now I'm confused as to how someone can purposely screw up someone's car and think they will trust you enough to bring your car BACK to be "inspected". No ma'am if you couldn't tell by my review, you guys are NOT trust worthy and I will take my business elsewhere. I can't even believe these idiots. And to clarify, my car made the loud scraping noises right after having it serviced. It did not just start happening over time, nice try though. More

However, I was pleasantly surprised when I came to this service department to get help with continuous problems after some recall work at another service center ( Hall Automotive on Western Branch Blvd. in Chesapeake..not recommended!) for over one year.Christopher Banks,Service Consultant, was amazing! He exemplifies the highest level of Customer Service at all times.He is friendly and does what he says he will do, without fail. This company is very lucky to have Christopher on their team, Catalina Dizon, Vehicle Exchange Coordinator, was very friendly and helpful when assisting me with a loaner car. Keith Bradshaw, Service Manager, took the time to sit with me in his office to make sure I understood the process and work.Way to go! More
Be very cautious if purchasing a used car I bought a certified pre owned Jeep a couple months ago. A week later it failed to start. The battery terminal was so corroded, it couldn't make a con I bought a certified pre owned Jeep a couple months ago. A week later it failed to start. The battery terminal was so corroded, it couldn't make a connection. After looking at the car more closely I noticed it was completely covered in mud in the undercarriage.1st time I removed the top - all the roll bars were covered in mud. I had assumed that cars were detailed (or at least cleaned) before sold. A month later I took it for service because of a squeak in one of the wheels. I was told it was due to the breaks being dirty - they recommended break servicing & because not under warranty, I paid the $200. There will be no more problems they said. A month later I took it back beause the squeak is still present. I was told that it was because the breaks were aftermarket and that 'they do that'. If I want the sound to stop I need to replace them with factory parts. The kicker is that the report I recieved stated that I was told this the first time I was there. No, I wasn't. The report also stated that on my 1st visit I chose to service the existing breaks instead of replacing them.I was told the servicing would eliminate the squeak. I didn't even know they were aftermarket breaks until I read the report later at home. So it seems I wasted time and $200. And I still have a squeak. More

LET IT BE KNOWN THAT THIS IS THE 3RD TIME I SO I DROPPED OFF MY JEEP LATE THURSDAY NIGHT SO THEY CAN WORK ON MY JEEP EARLY FRIDAY MORNING OF JAN 20TH. LET IT BE KNOWN THAT THIS IS THE 3RD TIME I BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR THE SAME PROBLEM THAT THE DEALERSHIP SAID WOULD FIX THE PROBLEM. I HAVE ALREADY DROPPED AROUND A GRAND OF MONEY TO FIX THIS SAME PROBLEM AND ITS STILL NOT FIXED. SO....THEY HAVE HAD MY CAR NOW FOR 11 WITH NO ONE CALLING ME TO UPDATE ME. I ALWAYS HAVE HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND OUT WHATS GOING ON. EVERY TIME TIME I CALL THEY SAID THEY WILL FIND OUT AND GIVE ME A CALL IN 10 MINS.....WHICH THEY DON'T AND I HAVE TO CALL BACK ABOUT AN HOUR LATER AND THEY SAY THE SAME THING. I HAVE NOW GOT THE MANAGER INVOLVED AND SHE EVEN SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK IN 10 MINS WHICH WAS 2 HOURS AGO. THEY ACT LIKE THEY JUST DON'T CARE AT ALL. I'M MAD I EVEN HAVE TO GIVE THEM ONE START CAUSE THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE OR GET YOUR CARE SERVICED. More
