I walked in knowing I wanted a Jeep LIberty with a Sky Slider Top. After much effort on their part they made my dream come true and brought my Jeep to my workplace.( When I say effort I mean a 3way trade Slider Top. I made the trek from Franklin to the Beach to have the oil changed in my Chrysler Sebring on May 6, 2010. Since we purchased the car back in December 2009, we have been dealing with Baker Alder in the se oil changed in my Chrysler Sebring on May 6, 2010. Since we purchased the car back in December 2009, we have been dealing with Baker Alder in the service department whenever the need would arise. Now granted there is absolutely nothing wrong with the car, but I am referring to things like oil changes, having the environmental sealant placed on, although my u-connect malfunctioned once. The great thing about that is that the car in still under warranty until May 2012 as I was informed of that yesterday by Baker. He has told me more than once that I can go to another dealer that is much closer to me since I live out in Franklin, but I simply choose not to. I really want to take great care of my Sebring so it will take care of me. That is why I opt to take it back to the point of purchase in Va. Beach. I just want to say that you all have a gem in Baker Alder, the Red Team Leader. He is so personable, thorough, and professional. Keep up the great work, Baker!! You are an absolute joy!! More

My experience at this dealership was very positive. Dennis was quick to greet my twelve year old daughter and I as we walked around looking at vehicles. It was important to her that we had a DVD player and enough room for her to be comfortable for the long trips that we enjoy. It was important for me stay whithin a price range that I was comfortable with. We have not had a car payment in 15 years. We were not looking for a certain vehicle type or model - we were very open minded. Dennis showed us several vehicles on the lot, some of which we liked, but not sold on. Then he took me to another location to look at vehicles which is where I fell in love with the Honda Odyssey. I had never seen this vehicle before, but quickly decided this is what I wanted. Long story short, my husband is a Merchant Marine and travels often. It so happens that he was out of town when we began our search (4 weeks ago). I did not have a current power of attorney to purchase a vehicle in his name, but did have the ability to pay cash for the vehicle. This being said, it still is not that easy to buy even when you have cash available. Dennis has been more than patient with me. We have been in contact for 3 weeks trying to find the vehicle that I wanted. We have been e-mailing during this time, and he is excellent about repsonding to my e-mails as well as informing me about new vehicles available for me to look at. I was committed to buying a vehicle from Dennis and told him so. I so appreciated his dedication that I don't think I could have purchased from any other salesperson. I am happy to say that today my husband and I purchased a pre-owned Honda Odyssey that pleases everyone in our family. My daughter might not have gotten the DVD player that she coveted, but she is happy with everything else. Dennis is an asset to your company. You are blessed to have him. He did not pressure me in any way, yet, kept me informed when it was pertinent. My husband is looking to purchase a truck in the near future, and I can say that we will look to Dennis to find the right vehicle for him. More

Not only would do i feel comfortable referring him to friends, i would let him sell my mother or father a car. She knew when to step in and answer my million questions and showed amazing patience each time I changed my mind. The management staff was thoroughly entertaining and I could tell they were being honest and fair. I was even surprised that the General Manager, Chris Colbert, took the time to explain my options and walked out on the lot with us. Lisa was just the icing on the cake. She didn’t make me feel pressured into getting the many “goodies” we all wish we could have on a new car.
