Be very cautious if purchasing a used car I bought a certified pre owned Jeep a couple months ago. A week later it failed to start. The battery terminal was so corroded, it couldn't make a con I bought a certified pre owned Jeep a couple months ago. A week later it failed to start. The battery terminal was so corroded, it couldn't make a connection. After looking at the car more closely I noticed it was completely covered in mud in the undercarriage.1st time I removed the top - all the roll bars were covered in mud. I had assumed that cars were detailed (or at least cleaned) before sold. A month later I took it for service because of a squeak in one of the wheels. I was told it was due to the breaks being dirty - they recommended break servicing & because not under warranty, I paid the $200. There will be no more problems they said. A month later I took it back beause the squeak is still present. I was told that it was because the breaks were aftermarket and that 'they do that'. If I want the sound to stop I need to replace them with factory parts. The kicker is that the report I recieved stated that I was told this the first time I was there. No, I wasn't. The report also stated that on my 1st visit I chose to service the existing breaks instead of replacing them.I was told the servicing would eliminate the squeak. I didn't even know they were aftermarket breaks until I read the report later at home. So it seems I wasted time and $200. And I still have a squeak. More

Dreaded the perception of argueing and haggling over price and trade-in value at a dealership and salespeople. Was met by Travis Williams, who immediately placed me at ease with his approachability, knowledge of the vehicle and genuine concern for our needs in a CR-V. After the test drive we discussed the trade in concerns we had, and, Travis made it happen! He kept us informed every step in the process, explained all policies and paperwork, and moved at our speed. Part of the process with the purchase of our CR-V, was fixing a few cosmetic blemishes with the car, Travis made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction by lunchtime the next day, couldn't be more pleased. After buying our last several cars either on-line or from private sellers, Travis has renewed my faith in a dealership, and will return to him for future vehicle purchases. More

11 DAYS, THEY STILL CANT TELL ME WHATS WRONG - JAN 20TH 2017 SO I DROPPED OFF MY JEEP LATE THURSDAY NIGHT SO THEY CAN WORK ON MY JEEP EARLY FRIDAY MORNING OF JAN 20TH. LET IT BE KNOWN THAT THIS IS THE 3RD TIME I SO I DROPPED OFF MY JEEP LATE THURSDAY NIGHT SO THEY CAN WORK ON MY JEEP EARLY FRIDAY MORNING OF JAN 20TH. LET IT BE KNOWN THAT THIS IS THE 3RD TIME I BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR THE SAME PROBLEM THAT THE DEALERSHIP SAID WOULD FIX THE PROBLEM. I HAVE ALREADY DROPPED AROUND A GRAND OF MONEY TO FIX THIS SAME PROBLEM AND ITS STILL NOT FIXED. SO....THEY HAVE HAD MY CAR NOW FOR 11 WITH NO ONE CALLING ME TO UPDATE ME. I ALWAYS HAVE HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND OUT WHATS GOING ON. EVERY TIME TIME I CALL THEY SAID THEY WILL FIND OUT AND GIVE ME A CALL IN 10 MINS.....WHICH THEY DON'T AND I HAVE TO CALL BACK ABOUT AN HOUR LATER AND THEY SAY THE SAME THING. First time buyer! Let me start by saying that I came here to buy my very first car since my old car of 10 years died, From the moment I arrived at the office it was Let me start by saying that I came here to buy my very first car since my old car of 10 years died, From the moment I arrived at the office it was a very smooth experience (although it probably helps that I did financing with a bank of my choice beforehand). Travis assisted me with test-driving my car and the initial paperwork for this purchase. Travis was not only very polite, but he let me walk away and use my phone for about 10 minutes so I could "cool off" because I was getting very anxious and upset about having to purchase a car in general. Steven helped me finalize my warranty information and process my first payment; Steven was also polite and explained any "extra gimmies" I could purchase in great detail.
