Disappointed with management Ken Cascella was very accommodating during the lengthy transmission repair which we were told had been completed prior to the vehicle purchase. Jon Bailey was the absolute best at helping me get my jeep wrangler fixed when the passenger seat locked up. He kept me informed several times a day while we waited for parts.
