I just bought a brand new Dodge Ram from Hall Dodge in VA Beach. I can personally say that they are the best dealer in the Hampton Roads area, because I shopped around for weeks, checking every dealer for th Beach. Curt Cooper is, without a doubt, the most knowledgeable, courteous and professional represntative I have ever worked with. He and the rest of the staff at Hall not only found me the exact truck I was looking for, but they put me into a brand new truck for less than what their competition wanted me to pay for a used model. These guys really make you feel at home, listen to you and do their best to get you the vehicle you want. I am already looking forward to working with them again. I visited this dealer to purchase a part and then for service under warranty. I also wanted a copy of the orgional window sticker for my Chrysler Crossfire Roadster model SRT6. That resulted in a phone service under warranty. I also wanted a copy of the orgional window sticker for my Chrysler Crossfire Roadster model SRT6. That resulted in a phone call to the Chrysler 800 number as suggested by the dealer. This really worked and I received a great response. I received a call back stating Hall would print the sticker. I contacted Mike Neher and he agreed to make the contacts for the printing to take place. I know he went the extra mile for total customer satisfaction in a case where his dealership would receive no monitary rewards. I have also received service under warranty on my Crossfire and find the Crossfire tech Jamie to be very professional and well trained on the model. I am writing this because I have made several attempts over the past three years to get the window sticker with no results. It just takes a total team effort sometimes to make something work and this was the case here. This is the kind of Dealership that make Chrysler a strong American car manfacture. THANKS More

My son recently came home from the Navy, and he is just starting work and he will be going back to school. He needed a reliable car within a specific price range so the payments would be affordable. We drove by Hall Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Virginia Beach and saw one of their vehicles out front with a great price. We came back a couple days later and we were greeted by Dave Moore. We explained that this was our son's first car purchase and he immediately engaged our son throughout the process of searching for the right car. Our son decided the original car we saw was "not the one" and Dave searched their inventory and other Hall dealerships for a style and price, and made the adventure enjoyable and exciting for our son. We found a 2008 Pontiac G6 GT that our son liked and Dave delivered it to their lot. Our son test drove the car and loved it. Dave reviewed all of the car features with our son and kept the excitement level high for him during the purchase formalities. The Finance Manager was equally great and searched for the best rate. He found a bank with a rate that was better than Navy Federal and USAA. (I gave them both a chance to match the rate and they declined.) Dave's professional and friendly demeanor made this a great experience for all of us. Dave has since followed up with calls to be sure that our son was completely satisfied with his new car. Dave Moore represents what buying a car should be all about and I would recommend Dave Moore and the Halls Team to anyone looking for a friendly, honest, and professional car buying experience. I had worked previously with Mr. Little at another dealership months ago and when he approached me on the lot he remembered me and made me feel comfortable in purchasing my new truck.
