Curt was the first guy I ran into at the dealership, I explained my situation and what I was looking for without wasting my or his time, he got me the deal I wanted on the car I wanted, I will absolutely buy from Curt and Hall again! My entire car buying experience at Hall Jeep was top notch!!! From the moment I walked onto the sales floor, I was treated with a certain level of respect. Not once did I feel pressured into buying notch!!! From the moment I walked onto the sales floor, I was treated with a certain level of respect. Not once did I feel pressured into buying something, as I did at another local dealership. Curt Cooper was the salesman that greeted me upon arrival. After we discussed what vehicle and options I was looking for, he kindly walked me out to the lot to show me what the dealership had that was comparable to what I wanted. Although there wasn't anything on the lot that I could decide on, Curt looked around the region to see what was available and broke down vehicle prices which included tax, tag and other fees so that I would know exactly what I was going to pay. I did not get a vehicle that first day, but Curt left an impression that made me feel at ease and made me want to do business at his dealership. After an atrocious experience at another local dealer, I decided that I had to go back to Hall Jeep and see what I could work out on a Jeep. Without making an appointment, I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Mike Neher, the sales manager because Curt was off for the day. As I walked in, I saw my '10 mango tango wrangler on the side of the building waiting for me like it was meant to be. Mike said it just arrived that morning, so we talked shop. He broke down all of the numbers for me, and he even showed me what he got the vehicle for from the manufacturer...I even saw the dealer holdbacks and everything! This man was very straightforward with me, and I appreciated the upfrontness. I would definitely recommend this dealership and sales staff to anyone that even hinted on wanting a Jeep. I hope that everyone that has purchased there received the same treatment as I did. More

i bought a 2010 dodge ram 1500 from stanley (sales person) extremly polite and helpful i had them spray in a bed liner and they got overspray all over the outside of the vehicle i took the vehicle ba person) extremly polite and helpful i had them spray in a bed liner and they got overspray all over the outside of the vehicle i took the vehicle back for them to look at joe said i could bring back at any time to get fixed. i brought the vehicle back to them and dropped it off joe said they would need four 1 day 2 days later and many calls to joe car still not touched. spoke to jeff (service mgr)who assured me it would be fixed. i have now made an appoitment to bring back yet again. i feel like i am getting the run around. More

I placed a factory invoice internet bid on a Dodge Challenger R/T, however the internet sales manager, Donna Whitehurst, said that she had already priced it $500+ LOWER than what I bid. I arrived to the dealership the next day and met with Spencer Edwards, who took me for a fun test drive that allowed me to enjoy the car. He walked me through the entire process, explaining and address all of my concerns to my satisfaction. Less than 2.5 hours later, I had the keys, registration, plates and was good to go. The finance manager, John Bradford, was professional and clearly explained all of my options. It's very appearent that he's answered a lot of questions and is very knowledgable on all of the products available. More
By far I am greatly satisfied with our experience with Hall in Virginia Beach. My father and myself came to VA. Beach from Richmond to by a Dodge Nitro and we did not make it til 8pm, and she was very pat Hall in Virginia Beach. My father and myself came to VA. We were there till about 11pm if not after and I reccomend Fara to anyone who wants to purchase a vechicle through Hall!! So many salespeople are very pushy, but Fara made sure to help us find the vechicle I wanted. More
My daughter and I were looking for a car to purchase for her. I had been searching the internet for weeks when I came across the used scion on the internet. Being a holiday weekend we immediately went to Hall Chrysler the next morning. Upon arriving at the dealership and the car we were interested in, we were immediately met by Dave Moore. Let me first tell you, sales people are not very high on my list to speak with; however, Dave was very comfortable to talk with and not pushy like most sales people. He answered all of our questions. With my research and speaking with Dave, my daughter decided this was the car for her. Of course here comes the hours of paperwork. I was on a time crunch because I needed to be at work. Not a problem for Dave! He was GREAT! We were able to accomplish everything we needed in the limited amount of time. I am from the Yorktown area and Dave did everything in his power to have us finish the paperwork with minimal trips back to the dealership. There were no trips back to the dealer except to pick up the car on Memorial Day. I am usually prepared when going to purchase most items, but the full credit goes Dave. Dave was excellent and made this sale so much more pleasant. I realized sales people have a job to do, but Dave was not PUSHY and I appreciated that more than anything. Dave was wonderful all the way through the final purchase of the scion. Based on Dave's professionalism, but yet down to earth selling techniques I would recommend this dealership to any one, but even more I would recommend DAVE MOORE! My daughter and I love her 2008 Scion tc! Thank you Dave! More
