I brought a new 2010 Dodge Ram with accessories ( tonneau cover, sport hood & chrome fuel door, mirrors & tailgate handle). The sales was great but getting my accessories put on was the worst service. I live cover, sport hood & chrome fuel door, mirrors & tailgate handle). The sales was great but getting my accessories put on was the worst service. I live 3 hours away so they sent me a email stating the accessories was in and we set a date for me to come in. I came and waited around to see no one working on my truck because my truck was sent to the wrong place and my hood was not painted and no one checked to see if the parts was right before they scheduled the appointment. I was told by Fara to return next week to have the hood installed , I returned and the hood was not painted and everyone was pointing fingers but no one said it was my fault and everyone thought it was taken care of. So I have to return again (3rd trip) to have my hood installed all because no one took the time to check the parts to see if everything was right before having me travel for nothing. I thought you take care of your buyer until everything is finished this experience was bad starting with communication, service and ending in bad professionalism. More

Dave presented him self with confidence and not cockiness. I know what I was looking for I just need to find the right person and place. I have to like who I working with and not just the car. Michael Neher is the general sales manager and what I like about him and Dave is the no nonsense pricing and the fact that they didn't low ball me on my trade to show me more money latter no games. I had gone to ten other dealers before this one and most I walked out and left within the first fifteen minutes to half hour, and a couple I didn't even go inside. I will def recommend this dealer to all my friends and family. If I decide to get another car I will not hesitate to go and buy another car from this dealer and the couple of guys that I worked with. More
Only complaint was that sales person could not seem to get all the correct information locked down when wading through a mountain of papers. In addition, I am not sure who requires all of the paper work with double and triple copies, but I now find buying a car requires as many papers to be signed as getting a house mortgage and almost as complex. It did not use to be this way. This needs to be reduced and streamlined. Also, this dealer is no better than any other with their misleading advertising just to get you in the door. I traded a low mileage 2007 Caliber in pristine condition that I was told by the dealer is in big demand on the used car market. Everyone that saw it said it was in like new show room condition, yet I could only get a low ball bottom of the scale trade in price based on Kelly Blue Book averages. More

My goal was to purchase a Dodge Challenger. Either used or new was fine with me. I went to the Navy Federal Tent Sale off of Hampton blvd Saturday 10/16/10 and had little luck finding the challenger I want or new was fine with me. I went to the Navy Federal Tent Sale off of Hampton blvd Saturday 10/16/10 and had little luck finding the challenger I wanted. I was looking for either black or silver exterior Challenger RT 6 speed and that is what Heidi helped me to find. She also took the time out of her busy schedule and actually taught me how to drive a manual transmission!! Which only took roughly 30 minutes to get a hang of and at that moment I knew that I wanted that Dodge Challenger I was sitting in! It was the personalized care and respect Heidi brought to the table that really sold me on this specific car and dealership. As I have visited others over the weekend! Your service Tech recommended a fuel system flush and an engine flush for only $344.85. These flushes do not appear as scheduled maintenances in the owner’s manual and are NOT recommended by Dodge. I am new to the US and knew little of the used car market< but i was lucky enough to meet Dave Moore at Hall. He drove me out to test a couple of cars, that were not to my liking, and when it seemed that I would have to look elsewere, we stumbled on the car I eventualy bought. I always felt he was not just a salesman doing his job, in fact I now consider him a friend.Hall did eveything for me to obtain financing, and I would recommend anyone who wants real SERVICE to visit the dealership.
