Overall, the price was pretty good, though I did think I could've probably received another $1K off had I been willing to dicker back and forth, but it just wasn't worth it. Only thing I could critique is it seemed like my car was not cleaned very well by the prep team. Inside and outside was dirtier than I was expecting it to be after I finished with the finance manager. But again, Carlton shined. Spence worked hard to find us what we wanted, he was honest, courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. The sales manager worked hard finding our vehicle but he did it quickly, quietly and honestly. He came over and introduced himself and was very professional. I didn't feel like I needed to wash my hands, or check the VIN number on the vehicle he sold us. Great service, professional, quick and I certainly recommend this dealership. More
The only area I had issues was that the sticker price said 22,900 and the salesperson tried to tell me it was 23,500. In turn, my bargaining price went up.
