Mr. Terrance was the gentlemen that had serviced my car and had taken my car in, even when I did not have an appointment. Terrance was very thorough with inspecting my vehicle. Terrence was great with informing me on what has been going on with my vehicle. Terrence was very in formable about what was going on with my car. Terrence’s dedication and customer service was outstanding. The mechanic (Mr. Frank) had taken it upon himself to ensure that my vehicle had no other punctures. Terrance had advised that me that I had another puncture. They gave me a significant discount on the having the tire repaired. I could not have asked for a better customer service while my car was being serviced. Terrance and Frank had done an exceptional job with the service of my vehicle.
