Lori Sutton is a wonderful Service Advisor. She is very knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and professional. She listens carefully to what I have to say and takes the time to advise me of the progress bei knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and professional. She listens carefully to what I have to say and takes the time to advise me of the progress being made on my vehicle. When the service visit is finished she goes over with me what was completed and asks if I have any additional questions. She is awesome and I hope Hall Dodge recognizes the quality that Lori brings to her position. More

I always receive excellent service at Hall. And I bought a new Jeep a few years ago. Jason is the best mechanic I've ever had the pleasure to work on any of my cars over the Past 15 years. Disappointed with management Ken Cascella was very accommodating during the lengthy transmission repair which we were told had been completed prior to the vehicle purchase. Ken seems to have found the problems and corrected them. We have made several attempts to contact this dealership's management with no success even after leaving messages. We chose Hall because of advertising and the size of the dealership thinking they were a reputable company. Our overall experience was far less than we expected. More

Jon Bailey was the absolute best at helping me get my jeep wrangler fixed when the passenger seat locked up. He kept me informed several times a day while we waited for parts.
