I bought a 2017 vw passat from this dealership and have had issues with it since the test drive. I have been calling and emailing and getting no where fast. The last time I spoke with Ms meeks she was just in a rush and wanted little to do with my problems. Hall just wants to sell cars they do not care or worry about what condition it is in just as long as you buy the car! They did take it in and replace the pcv valve and now that I am still having issues they are telling me that they suggested things my last service but nothing was suggested for this to stop. I am starting my car in the morning and it's doing a weird jumping in the rev and sounds like my engine is trying to jump out of my car. It is beyond frustrating when you go buy a car and told it is reliable and now left scared to even be in your own car! I wish there was someone above the general manager because this is insane! More

I really wish I could give a negative star score, but in this case, I will just give it a 1 star for the service department as usual they just do not provide the quality of customer service as their sale in this case, I will just give it a 1 star for the service department as usual they just do not provide the quality of customer service as their sales department. I write this public review because I believe I have given the service manager long enough to reply to my voice mail and email and the result was nothing heard back. Last week 2/17/22 I had my Jeep there for an oil change and picked it up the following day; the cavate to this is the technician that conducted the service did a wonderful job and was very quick with the service provided. My problem is with the customer service that handles bill and picking up the vehicle. was presented a bill for 106 bucks i than asked why an oil change for a 6-cylinder jeep cost so dang much? Your receptionist didn't have an answer than I started to notice other charges on the bill at which time the receptionist didn't have an answer for that question either. So now I am beginning to think what does this receptionist know. Still confused because when we checked in the vehicle with the service provider, I also quested the 99.00 dollars for an oil change at which time he agreed it was something new to him and would figure it out, well it appears that he was just giving me lip service because of the erroneous final bill. I am more upset with the fact that I see on the website that there are 2 different oil change specials that my vehicle would meet the criteria but at no time did your service advice even bring those up. I am also disappointed in the fact that me as the customer when asking a question all I get is a blank stare or I am not sure answer. Unfortunately, I have sense moved on from having other vehicles serviced at Hall and I am considering taken the Jeep elsewhere as this is not the first time, been given poor service from this service center. More
