Took my car here for an oil change and inspection. They stripped the threads on my oil pan and gave it back to me with an oil leak. Refused to fix it unless I paid for a new oil pan. First they glued They stripped the threads on my oil pan and gave it back to me with an oil leak. Refused to fix it unless I paid for a new oil pan. First they glued it shut hoping I wouldn’t check. Then they just put a new plug in it after knowing they stripped the threads in the pan and that wouldn’t solve the problem. They also broke my dipstick which I went ahead and replaced on my own. I take my car here every year for inspection as well and they always try to fail it hoping I will give them money to fix it. This year they tried to fail it by saying my heat didn’t work (which it does) Luckily I know about cars. If you don’t, I wouldn’t go here you will get scammed More

The day after I purchased a used 2017 F-150, I had a check engine light come on. Obviously I felt Hall should resolve the situation, but I expected push back. None given. I bought a 2017 vw passat from this dealership and have had issues with it since the test drive. I have been calling and emailing and getting no where fast. The last time I spoke with Ms meeks she was just in a rush and wanted little to do with my problems. Hall just wants to sell cars they do not care or worry about what condition it is in just as long as you buy the car! They did take it in and replace the pcv valve and now that I am still having issues they are telling me that they suggested things my last service but nothing was suggested for this to stop. I am starting my car in the morning and it's doing a weird jumping in the rev and sounds like my engine is trying to jump out of my car. It is beyond frustrating when you go buy a car and told it is reliable and now left scared to even be in your own car! I wish there was someone above the general manager because this is insane! More
