The environment was very professional but comfortable. We were even introduced to the general manager who offered us help with whatever our needs were. We loved the fact that we dealt with Misty directly and that what she told us over the phone was what got in person. I took my young Marine son in for his first 'dealer' car buying experience. The Hall used car inventory apperaed to be of quality. The Dodge we bought was well preped before the sale - which included fresh tires, and they freshened up the appearance after the sale.
