At first, I was satisfied with the service I received. However, after returning home, I discovered that I was definately overcharged for repairs received. I broke down on vacation and did not have much of a choice as to where my vehicle was repaired or when. The tow truck driver went to Hall as per instructions of the road side assistance service. My ignition cylinders and tumblers broke therefore, the truck was not driveable. I needed immediate repair due to being on vacation with out another vehicle. The total of my repairs was 471. 39 with most of it being labor fees. A friend who owns a garage at home gave me an estimate with labor and parts. His exact words were that I was "raked" on labor and that the repair to my vehicle should not have taken more than an hour. I was charged for 3 hours of labor. He also gave me prices of materials needed for the repair and when compared Hall overcharged for it as well. Also, my neighbor, who is the owner of the garage at which I purchased the vehicle, also said that I was overcharged in many ways. He said that an air filter was changed and should not have been. He also felt that shop materials and labor fees were excessive. I honestly feel that I was taken advantage of due to being on vacation. More

The service was great, professional all the way with no pushing, answered every question you could think of and very straight forward (which I really appreciate but I think is rare in dealerships). When I sat down with the salesman (Ed) and the manager (David Jones) it got better still. I told them what I wanted and they gave me a fantastic price, better than I thought they could. A price I felt I could never beat anywhere else for the exact truck I wanted (even better than I was seeking). This is the best dealership I have ever worked with and I have seen a lot being in the military over 27 years and moving all around the states. They also work with best pricing through USAA. Was very disappointed in my experience. I have always bought used, so this was my first time buying new and I had already been preapproved through my bank. The salesman, Al, we were working with, was pleasant and knowledgeable, but when it came time to negotiate, the sales manager was not willing to work with us at all- simply refused to negotiate. I had done quite a bit of research and had built and priced the model we were looking at on Jeep.com, and when we told the sales manager they wanted way too much for the model we were looking at, he became quite rude and raised his voice in front of the rest of the staff and several other customers. Entirely unprofessional. Again, Al was great, but his manager's unprofessionalism made us decide to never purchase from Hall. More
