Curt from Hall Acura was willing to have the other CX-9 brought over to his dealership so that we could test drive both cars easily. Ron and Curt gave us plenty of time to test drive both vehicles over two days at our leisure and answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. The car buying process can be very overwhelming and intimidating but the guys at Hall Acura were very supportive and there was no pressure at all. I very much appreciated being able to take the time that I needed to make our decision. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that! When it came down to signing papers another great service member, Mark S., laid out all of our options and explained everything to us as well as answer our myriad of questions. When the last document was signed that evening, we drove away with our new vehicle very confident that we purchased the right car at a very fair price. It was all about us. Honey and I were shopping for a used car. The price was right there, but it lacked some key features that were important to Honey. I had been texting with another young man at another Hall location. I told Mark about my conversation with Phil Waters at Hall Nissan in Chesapeake. Mark did not get offended, or get any kind of attitude, He just picked up the phone and called the general manager at the Chesapeake store and paved the way for us to get a Fantastic deal on brand new Rogue that was exactly what Honey wanted. Mark and the Acura Team were thinking about us and our needs over their own bottom line. Hall Acura is a class act and thanks to great people like Mark Stonis, they will get my highest recommendation every time. More
