I trust him with all of my vehicles .I have three vehicles I have a 2007 MDX Acura I have an 2001 F1 50 Harley Davison pick up and also have a 2012 Ford expedition and all vehicles are serviced at Hall Acura Virginia Beach .My Ford trucks used to be serviced at Beach Ford until I Had my wife’s MDX service at Hall Acura and that’s when I met Brian. We were so satisfied with the service, I asked Brian could he service my other vehicles. Last year I had to go to Beach Ford for a recall, I had the opportunity to talk to the general manager on duty that day I told her if I could I would take my vehicle to Hall Acura because of their customer service. Because I had been a loyal Beach Ford customer for over 20 years (2 Ford explorers, F1 50 Harley Davison and my expedition) After discussion on pass service issues that I had, she knew that I was not gonna come back to Beach Ford even with the discounts she offered. Finally , Beach Ford had great customer service, but somebody changed the way they used to do business, hopefully Hall Acura of Virginia beach won’t change. R/ Wilco Johnson More
