Service department was awesome I am from Richmond, Va and purchased my car from Crown Acura. I was in Va Beach for work when my car started making a strange noise at 4:45pm. I found I am from Richmond, Va and purchased my car from Crown Acura. I was in Va Beach for work when my car started making a strange noise at 4:45pm. I found the closest Acura dealership, which was Hall. Drove in at 5pm and told them about the noise. The sales manager came out, let me take a loaner for the evening and told me they would call first thing in the morning with an update. Being out of town, and there for a big presentation, this was extremely helpful to me. They helped me load all of my things into the loaner and off I went. The next morning, before 9am, I had a call letting me know what needed to be done. This group was efficient, courteous and had the wear with all to understand I needed a car. I can honestly say I never have felt this level of service where I purchased my car, so much so I thought I would never purchase another Acura. When I do, I will make the drive to Hall and they will have my business. More
