They never steered me wrong and answered every question I had no matter how small. I asked for every cost and a total OTD price and I got it without hesitation. I highly recommend Hall Acura of Virigina Beach. Ask for Mark Stonis or Mark Self. They won't waste your time. The service department is great as well. I had to re-schedule an appointment twice and I never received a negative remark and the service advisor was very polite the entire time. Hall Acura is excellent all around. She made sure we got exactly the car we wanted and at the price we'd been quoted through the USAA car buying service. How easy Shirley and the Hall team made it all. She is the epitome of professionalism and integrity. This was our first experience with Hall Auto, and it won't be our last. The GM(Kathy),the used car manager (Brian), and Chris (the Finance guy) were very nice, willing to go the extra mile, and gave me a very fair price on my trade. My wife and I recently bought a certified 2008 Acura TL from this dealership. We had a great experience dealing with Mark. We saw the car on Hall's website and used the site to get in touch with the deal from this dealership. We had a great experience dealing with Mark. We saw the car on Hall's website and used the site to get in touch with the dealership. Mark promptly contacted us and we scheduled a test drive. He is very knowledgeable and has a great attitude. At no time did we feel we were being pressured or that there was anything shady about the deal. We were also very pleased with the pricing. We traded in a 2002 Accord and we given a fair price on this and the Acura from the start. I think that some dealerships start with ridiculously inflated prices on used cars so they can come down a lot and make the customer feel like they got a deal. Instead of this, we were given good prices from the beginning and were able to avoid the games that many dealerships play. I would definitely buy another car from Mark. More

I did want to let you know that with all prices being equal with Priority (and even factoring in their free oil and filter changes for life, AND their engine guarantee for life) we decided to go with your dealership because we were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism from the time we walked through the door. No one was ever pushy with us or sent us unprofessional emails. From the beginning, I appreciated your upfront manner in pricing and everything else to do with the car, how you wrote down all the numbers for me, how thorough you and your staff were in valuing our trade in, and how my questions were answered frankly and without making me feel silly or annoying for asking them (even though most of my questions were answered before I could even ask them!!) If we're going to spend almost $40,000 on a car, I see this purchase as creating a relationship and not just a one time transaction, and my gut instinct after sleeping on this purchase told me to go with Hall. Before I go on with my review, I would like to say I am a huge fan of Acura and think their line of vehicles are great. Hall Acura - Virginia Beach sold me a vehicle, but my customer experience was horrible. *I was duped on financing. I spent more time with the finance manager(Mike) than I did with the sales person(Bernard). They actually called me back in to REDO the contract so they could shuffle around numbers so they could give me my tags. I'd also like to add that they deposited my down payment check 3 weeks early! I woke up one morning to see my bank account drained. It was resolved - but for such a big name organization, that's a little off beat. *I only received 1 key and it was the Secondary Key/Button set. Not the primary. *Paint started to peal off of my bumper, and there "was nothing they could do about it". Paint just doesn't peal off of a bumper! *When I drove off my Check Engine Light came on. And I had to take it back in to get it serviced. *I looked down at the rims when I washed the vehicle after the first week to notice that they were damaged. Tires brand new! But rims were beaten. Not something I initially noticed because its only in a few spots. Still it takes away from my experience. It is definitely something they should have fixed/replaced prior to putting it on the lot. Poor merchandising, in my opinion. More
