Excellent team, great selection of cars, with a beautiful show room. Jesse the salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. We went on a no hassle test drive. I was just getting ideas for WRX’s but ended up buying a car on the spot because of their ability to match my financial and personal needs. I highly recommend this dealership over all others in the area! More

Long Time Customer: Won’t be Going Again I am a long time Haldeman Subaru customer. I really don’t know why I keep returning as I’ve never really had a positive experience with them. I had I am a long time Haldeman Subaru customer. I really don’t know why I keep returning as I’ve never really had a positive experience with them. I had my transmission replaced about two years ago. It took almost two months to replace it. They installed one replacement transmission; couldn’t get the car to work and had to order an entirely new one before they were finally able to get the car running again. The whole ordeal cost me about $1000 in lost wages from times when I couldn’t use our second vehicle. If you make an appointment to get your oil changed, expect to wait about 4 hours or so. On two occasions they didn’t latch my hood after doing an oil change. The first time it happened I didn’t notice that the hood wasn’t closed until it started to fly open while I was driving away on the highway. They’ve also forgotten to replace my oil cap before and I had to purchase a replacement. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on repairs and maintenance on our two vehicles with them and the last time I asked them to give me a quote for a repair they tried to charge me $100! Their customer service staff is so, so. Some of them are very nice and take the time to price things out for you and explain what each repair is for etc. But I’ve definitely also spoken to some customer service reps there who were shockingly rude and seemed irritated to be talking to you or put-out by having to answer questions about service that took a week longer than quoted or cost hundreds of dollars more than other Subaru service centers in the area. I would not recommend that anyone go to Haldeman Subaru and am looking for another service center myself. More
