No communication I took my car in for recall and now I am having all sorts of issues. Have taken my car back once and now need to bring it back again but I have to keep calling because it takes forever for someone to return a call. I dropped my car off for an 830 appointment and by 1030 I called to get an update on what they found and how long. They said it was still in the parking lot and it hasn’t been seen yet. Why don’t they just tell u the real time or tell u when you drop it off. Wish I never had the recall fixed. Randy was nice and waiting for Paul to return my call so we will see how long that takes. Just a very frustrating experience and I wish they would just fix their mistakes once and for all or let me take it somewhere else and send them the bill. More

Quick, painless and very professional. Everyone was super friendly and took the time to explain the items that were due for maintenance.
